Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We want you to love your TABASCO® products!


But, in the rare case that you’re not satisfied*, please Contact Us within 10 days of receiving your order by using one of the following options:


      1. (Registered Users Only) Login to Your Account. From the My Account page, select My Orders. For the order you wish to return, select “View Order“. In the Order details page, click on the “Return“ button (in the top banner). Enter all requested information for your return, and select “Add Item to Return”. Once all items have been added to your return request, click on the “Submit” button. You will receive an email confirming your return request.
      2. Fill out a Return Form. You will receive an email with further instructions.
      3. Contact Us by calling 1-800-634-9599 and choose option #4. Our hours are 8:00 am-5:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday.


* We generally do not accept returns on customized products unless the product differs from what was listed on the site or is otherwise flawed.


Reporting a Problem:

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please use our Contact Us form or call our Customer Service Team at 1-800-634-9599, option #4. Our hours are 8:00 am-5:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday.


Issuing Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card with which the purchase was made.
  • Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions, such as product misuse or if user misspellings resulted in personalization errors. We reserve the right to refuse a return request.
  • We can refund shipping charges only if the return is a result of our error.
  • Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
  • Credits are processed when we receive the returned merchandise. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
